Visited the store the other day and manager Dan was so helpful eventhough there were lots of other customers there. He helped me pick out paint type and sheen as well as color (that I was stressing about). He was very professional and attended to everyone in the store. Highly recommend visting this location and talking with Dan!

Very disappointing experience. Girl working behind the counter was not helpful. Told me they don't have what I need and advised me to go to Home Depot. She asked no questions about my project to make sure she understood what I was working on. Instead she heard half a description and just told me they don't have what I need. I went to Menard's nearby and the lady in their paint department could not have been more helpful - she asked questions, then walked me through their products and the different options I had for my project. Customer service is what makes a store stand out these days, and today Menard's was the clear winner.

I had a great experience. Location of the store was close to my home. With the Pandemic out The store was practicing safe distance I felt safe going in to make my purchase And on top of that Sherwin Williams makes a great product I will always use them for my home projects.
