No Toilet paper! Both Bathrooms!Stop to pick up some wine and use bathroom. Millennium and GenZ.. can't check bathroom every hour! No T.P. really!!!!! Just lazy people! I guess that's the new thing...if it's not about me.."f" u!

The lady at the register accused me and a few friends of stealing snacks. We didn’t steal anything and she looked absolutely stupid because she couldnt say which one of us stole something. An absolute vibe killer she was.

Never answer the phone, called like 14 times. Worker was very rude when i asked if dunkin was open because dunkin’ also wasn’t answering the phone. then he hung up on me.

First of all let's just say every single person that works at the Dunkin' donuts inside of shell are very very rude... Even the chubby bald guy that works midnight is just as rude. SMH I would definitely go to mobile if they was open 24hr.... Anthony definitely need to hire new ppl.

Staff were not wearing masks nor did they put one on when serving me. Stopped in this morning and a worker had no problem getting up in my personal space talking at me without a mask. Came back again later today and the cashier was not wearing one. They serve food here and this is reckless. This used to be one of my favorite spots to shop for the beer selection and now I will be taking my business elsewhere. They are also not making customers wear masks either, the signs might as well be a joke. Places like this are why our numbers are up; exceptionalist jerks that think they're above a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Ridiculous.

The team has gone above and beyond to help me out recently and I couldn't be more grateful. A while back one of the employees was rude, the manager listened and addressed my concerns. I haven't had an issue since and enjoy a quick casual conversation when time permits. I don't write a whole lot of reviews and usually its from a bad experience so I wanted to be sure and post how helpful they have been!
