“To whoever it may concern I just want you to know that first this entire ordeal was completely stressful not because of the service but dealing with family and the only part of it was the customer service that I received from Darlene who could hear the frustration in my voice be was actually this first after a long list of storage facilities that I called but just sounded scripted and force also rushing me an even hung up on me. “Great experience. The manager on site, Shelby, is responsive and a pleasure to do business with. I've had units at this location since 2000. Storage King and their onsite management is by far the best owner yet. There may have been some changes with pricing, yes, but the facility has never been more safe and secure. They have added cameras and security lighting to the property. I would definitely recommend this Storage King location.”
