Hi
Did a trip to this facility today.
2012 chevy cruze and had been here before.
But was bugged being charged for "supposedly having checking my air filter & cabin filter". They DID NEITHER. I should've recorded the visit, but usually, the folks have done a good job
I should've requested a lesser change but my mistake to have not done so

Super nice always giving the options of what you need or don’t need and let you decide whether to get a new part or anything you need. Very friendly too.

They overcharge you like crazy. $98 for "synthetic" ?!? I've never paid more than $67 for both.
Further I was also not told the bill amount before services started... I just assumed it couldn’t be more than $70 with filter because that's what the standard charge is at my normal dealership... I have a 2019 jeep compass... just to put in perspective.... be very weary of this place.
And after reading all the other 1 star reviews left I feel it was very similar. They do not post prices, they took advantage and the kid who helped me also was a hot mess and didmt fulfill all the services for $98! I get a discounted oil change elsewhere through work now but even before the discount I always paid $67 it’s just outrageous.
I will never go back and I continue to tell everybody to avoid this place like the plague.

Very good service good prices and they found a bolt missing for my sway bar and put it on for me for free thanks guys

They are the best. They showed me my air filter. It looks like it hadn't been changed by the dealership in a year. I trust them more than a dealership.

I’ve been coming to this place for years! Very good customer service and they tell me what needs to be done to my car. They had everything I needed in stock and they also checked my tire pressure. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an oil change in the Lake Orion Area. I’ll be back!
