Brought my Ram 2500 in for 66rfe Transmission issues. They rebuilt it for me for a reasonable price. A day after picking it up the torque converter failed. They replaced the torque converter and it is good as new again. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a shop that does good work at a fair price. Thank you Pioneer.

Took my vehicle to them and already had it diagnosed. So I knew what was most likely wrong with it. They could have turned me away then but didn’t. Instead had my vehicle for a whole day, didn’t call me with their diagnosis and I had to call them to find out if they looked at it. It was transmission related but also electrical. Flat out told me they couldn’t or just refused to fix it. I don’t think they put 10 mins into it but still wanted their diagnosis fee which I could have taken it to auto zone for some thing for free. Don’t waste your time here. Skip this place. Take your car elsewhere. I won’t be coming back.

Fixed my 2010 Audi A4. Transmission died, they found a used one with 41,000 miles. This was about 6mo ago and it's proven to be an affordable success. Thanks Pioneer!
