We recently needed to change the rear brakes, caliper pins, and other components on my vehicle. We called and received helpful info from the manager, Ken. Later that day we went to the store and were greeted by Daniel who was exceptionally helpful throughout our entire experience. He provided us with valuable information, helpful tips, had everything we needed, and helped us out a great deal. We had to return the next day for rotors (our old ones were too damaged to turn) and once again Daniel was super helpful, polite, and provided excellent customer service. We also talked with Ken and he also offered some helpful insight regarding what we were attempting to accomplish. Overall our experience was fantastic and we highly recommend the O'Reilly Auto Parts in Lake Orion. They totally went above and beyond - something that is rare these days. Thank you!

Went looking for a window Regulator for a 10+ year old car. Staff was helpful, hopeful, but realistic about availability. Unfortunately the part was not immediately available, so I ended up buying it on-line for about the same price.Still my first "go to" place for repair parts and supplies.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I walked in with my 2 n a half year old daughter and one of the guys got my daughter a little toy!! She's obsessed with it now. That really made our day and it's awesome to see good people here. I would refer everyone to this store
