Went for Halloween walk. Busy but nice for the younger kids. I don't think kids like 8+ would really enjoy it. I feel like the merry go round was over priced. Had to. Pay 4 for one to ride and 4 for someone to stand next to him. Don't think I would do that again. It is small and doesn't go that long

Halloween stroll ?

This year’s Halloween stroll lacked the excitement of last year’s event. The presence of more real people actively participating last year brought an engaging, lively atmosphere that exhibits alone couldn’t match. It felt more immersive and interactive, which made it much more enjoyable.

Awesome place, but full potential is not being used.

Posted on the Facebook page that the Pokémon event was disappointing because half the businesses were either closed or not participating yesterday. Instead of responding, the village just totally blocked me on Facebook. I take my kids there several times a month for the scavenger hunt weekends and this is the first time I’ve expressed disappointment in an event. I guess if you’re disappointed and you tell them they just block you so you never attend another event. Very professional.

We stopped here for the Halloween event. It's definitely for the kids or grandkids. They would have fun. Not many of the stores were open during this event.

Terrible business practices. My sister and I purchased 3 tickets to a Murder Mystery dinner as a birthday gift for our Mom. The dinner was on January 13th. We contacted the company on January 11th as a winter storm was set to hit the area, and we were pre-planning for possible cancellation. I was in Atlanta for business and was scheduled to fly home on January 12th. My flight was delayed multiple times and I was stuck in Atlanta due to DTW airport closing down. Additionally, my sister was snowed into her home. Canterbury Village responded to my sister sporadically and initially advised that they would give us credit for a future show. Later they advised that they never made that promise, stating that the tickets were non refundable. We have now lost over $200 and still owe our Mom a birthday gift. This is beyond disappointing and extremely lacking in customer service.
