“I cannot rate these people highly enough.First, they were the only ones that actually let me get everything done online, even got a price, all in under 5 minutes. PODS & PackRat required you call to complete & get the price. (Is it 1998 still?) That was 45 minutes - each - I'll never get back (and all their various charges, oy!).They do the pod thing, too, but I was uncertain how much space I needed so, the trailer option fit the bill perfectly. You fill it and pay by the footage used. Simple. I needed 18' it turns out. Cheapest by far.I had a move planned from Florida to Metro Detroit. The trailer drop off went great, the driver called about 60 minutes before & again about 5 minutes out. Very sociable, friendly, very busy, too. Dropped a 28 footer exactly where requested. (Friday afternoon 9/15/23)We loaded it Saturday & Sunday, they picked up on Monday. Trailer was in Detroit that Thursday (3 days transit instead of expected 5-7 business days). It made Michigan before I did (I had a few stops).Then my apartment fell through. I call them and they were so chill on holding it since it wasn't actually due there until the weekend anyway. Shifting gears, I arranged a storage place, then one quick call to U-Pack got the trailer dropped off right outside my unit on Friday(9/29). That driver called me to confirm the address and storage space unit #, which he had already checked with the storage facility operator. They picked up the empty on Monday.On top of all that, the price was exactly as quoted in the beginning, no additional fees at all.I cannot recommend them highly enough. In fact, I'm going to apply for a job with them once I actually get settled in Detroit.”

We recently moved some machinery and they were able to handle the rigging, electrical disconnects/reconnects, pneumatic hookups, and pipefitting. Without the need to juggle multiple contractors' schedules we were back up and running in a little over a day.”
“I used the facilities for a few months. I really wanted a temperature controlled unit so I knew my stuff would be safe and kept out of moisture. This place is super clean. Someone is always cleaning which I super appreciated. Cameras for security. Big open garage to move stuff in and out out of the elements. I've always dealt with friendly people there but I know everyone has different experiences with service depending on their own mood and day, just have patience going in and it'll be fine. My onllyyyy issue was that no matter how many times you checked in or swipes your card or whatever, the alarm in your unit will go off when you open it, then they come on the speaker and say to check in, which I already did. This locked me out of the garage a couple times which was inconvenient to say the least and my reason for 4 stars. I loved the ease of moving out and I moved out 2 days before the end of the month and I was NOT charged on the 1st, was very pleased with closing out my unit so easily, top notch there. Now I'm in the Upper Peninsula where NO temperature controlled storage exists, maybe this U-Haul needs to open one, ;) Thanks for the goodness!”

The two sectors syncreon concentrates on are automotive and technology - and the logos serviced are impressive.Effort to get hired is always a challenge in a growth company. “I can't say enough good things about the guys who showed up for our move. They were so friendly and personable. They had a great attitude and were very nice. We even had miscommunication with a big item and they were totally happy to move it back where it went. They took extra care not to ding doorways or scratch paint. The rate was also very reasonable compared to other rates I found. Five stars.”
