“Great guy that is willing to go out of bis way to help! We had a stolen iphone and he was able to sell ua a used replacement. Not only did he sell us the phone but he was willing to spend 30 minutes helping is transfer our data over to the new phone, and also provide guidance how to try to locate our old phone or at least ensure it was "locked" and useless to the thief. This place was awesome and I highly recommend!”

“The store was a delight to walk into after two previous carrier options. They had beautiful displays and plenty of seating options.However, the physical set up was just the beginning of an incredible service experience. The men of this store are courteous, friendly and genuine. They are trying to HELP you in addition to get to know you. At one point I wondered if I was in an AT&T store or a dive bar because the conversation was just so great. I’m thrilled that they were able to help me find an affordable plan while also taking in my trade in phone that was physically damaged. If you’re considering switching to AT&T I’d highly recommend! “I am so impressed with Greg, the manager on duty during my recent visit to the store. His product knowledge combined with his customer service is second to none. He listened to my phone, internet, and tv needs and guided me in the best direction. He asked questions to see what I wanted and then made suggestions to better my enjoyment of the products.
