I recently went and looked at a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara they have. The Jeep looked pretty good. I took it for a test drive, right off the bat it had a check engine light and a tire sensor light on, I told the salesman before I left. I went to my mechanic and had him look at it. It was missing really bad. What my mechanic found was an injector problem, tie rod ends, radio and cruise didn’t work, power outlets didn’t work ( he fixed them), also tires were bald.I went back and told them it needed over 3000.00 in repairs, I made my offer according to the repairs needed. I got a phone call that they would only knock off 250.00 off the price. I walked. I then found the same vehicle at another dealer that the only difference was the one I bought had leather interior and the one from Milosch was cloth. I got it for less money and the only problem was a O2 sensor which I took care of myself for 35.00 and a half hour work. Now I was very disappointed in Milosch that they are trying to sell what I consider a problem vehicle. I use to build Jeeps for wheeling so I do know what I am talking about. Not good business practice and customer service. I am adding this to let everyone know to wait until next month to look at their cars. Al Serra takes over then and hopefully they will not keep the salespeople that are still there. You will get a better deal if you wait for Milosch to be gone.

Bought a 2016 Ford focus with 26000 miles on it, seemingly in great condition with no issues according to dealership. Test drive went good, day after we brought it home the backup camera stopped working, tire sensor light came on, and now the AC doesn't work. Its only been a couple weeks having the car, who knows what else will pop up. Do not recommend, seems like they sell cars that have hidden problems

Milosch's Pre-Owned Superstore, I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram Eco-Diesel 1500 in February of this year, since then it has been in the shop over 5 times, I've spent over 8k in repair fees, and have been able to drive it less than 6 weeks since buying it. In summary, it has been a nightmare. The company has refused to help financially in any way, even though when we bought it there were some legitimate issues (brakes down to the metal) from the start. Not to mention the unprofessionalism when talking to this company. The manager, Luke, has swore at me, yelled at me, and cut me off from phone calls. It was shocking to see that side of this company and I would advice you to use caution if you ever decide to visit. I have documented every time I've needed to take the truck into shops, what needed to be fixed, how much it would be, every phone call between myself and Milosch/Luke (over 3 pages of documentation and still going...) and I still feel helpless because of the inability to find help through Milosch.

I would never recommend Milosch to anyone. I went to them because I was stuck paying 1000.00 a month for a rental car. My credit wasn’t very good. They told me that I could only be approved for one car on their lot. That particular car had body damage on the passenger side and a few other things wrong with it when they sold it to me. I figured if it was the only choice I had then some car is better than no car. When the car continued to have problems I finally called the finance company and asked them why the piece of junk I am driving is the only car they would approve me for. They told me that they approved me for a particular amount Milosch chose the piece of junk because they wanted it off of their lot a they knew I was desperate. So yes they took full advantage of selling me trash. A piece of trash that is currently sitting in my parking lot with more issues. Only this time it won’t even start. Thanks again Milosch.

Will lowball you with any current vehicle, and will also not negotiate on any purchase to be made. Can't say I'd ever recommend.
