All I can say is this is the best place to get your taxes done! Joe Hines and his wife treat you like family. They take care off you just not during tax season but if you need them for anything throughout the year they are there. Also they have 2 great Lab Dogs that are sometimes in their office which really give you that family atmosphere. They are the best!!!!

I had really high hopes for this place after reading reviews. Went in and sat down and explained my situation. The guy I sat with insisted I needed to file a Schedule C for all my expenses even though I had zero income from that job. After going through everything he tells me their fee would be $350 because they charge per form. My gut told me the guy was not doing right by me. I confirmed the Schedule C was not required in my situation so I picked up my forms and filed my taxes myself and spent less money. Make sure you know your stuff if you go here…they are not looking out for your best interest and will file unnecessary forms to charge more money.

I’ve been coming to joe for a few years and always thought they were professional kind treated me with respect.. I’m just alittle guy taxes very easy at first I was even ok with them charging me almost 500 dollars on my little return. Everything was ok until joe made a mistake.. the beginning problem were on the irs and there were about three. Every time there was a problem joe said he looked back and made sure that he did not make a mistake on his part three times he checked.. after 8 months or so and we finally get everything in order irs tells us joe made a mistake from the beginning not punching in numbers correctly. Now years almost over and I’m still waiting for return. I needed help and I got the feeling joe felt it wasn’t his problem he says is what it is. He’s constantly out of town when I need him and I don’t get the feeling he wants to help. It’s frustrating because I’m alittle guy that desperately looks forward to my return I have a little boy I take care of.. if joe would of cought his mistake in the beginning when he said he looked it over more then likely I would have my money by now. So now it’s almost end of year and still have to wait 5 weeks. Like joe said is what it is. Well unfortunately I will never use them again I counted on their professional work their mistake cost me dearly. In my line of work if I make a mistake i have to make it right at all cost unfortunately not every business agrees.

I moved out of state last year and I will still continue to use Liberty Tax in Lake Orion. Why? Because Brad and team are outstanding – to say the least. First of all they are kind and accomodating and secondly, they are extremely knowledgable and detailed. I have complete peace of mind knowing that my taxes are filed according to best practice. I have worked with Brad for the past 3 tax seasons and every experience has been a beyond positive experience. Additionally, every single time I call the office, they are very pleasant and go above and beyond to be helpful. I sincerely appreciate this business and would hands down recommend to anyone and everyone!

100% love this place. Robin and Joe go out of their way to make us feel special and not just another number. They take the time to answer any and all question, even out of tax season. Refuse to go anywhere else because I feel much more secure in knowing there will be no errors! If Joe isn’t available Brad is just as fantastic! This team is truly amazing.
