This place is great! Dr. Barton has seen many of my cats over the years, and she is always knowledgeable and understanding. The environment is multiple animal friendly, and everyone always has a smile and seems to really love the pets!

Great vet. They don't try to push you into anything and are very clean. Knowledgeable and nice people.

They were detailed and took the time to explain exactly what my dog was going to experience before and after her spay.
They even called during surgery when they found an umbilical hernia and asked if I wanted them to take care of that at the same time.
They checked in several times the next day to ensure my dog was eating and acting normally.

Excellent care, just overall vet prices are high. Not just here, but everywhere. But the employees are empathetic and the care is great. I highly recommend them.
I know cost is not in their control but it is an issue that people have to deal with.

I don’t think there is a way to have made our visit better. The doctors are very knowledgeable, talk you through things that you might have questions on, thorough examination of your animal the entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I also like the fact that they are willing to give you options not necessarily always the most expensive, but that will do the same thing

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.My old man that was with our family for 13 years was at the end of his life and our vet couldn't get us in in a timely manner, I called LOVH and they got him in same day, they were so kind and attentive, you can tell how much they love animals and are empathetic to what the humans are feeling too.Thank you LOVH for being there for the Rhodes Family.

The doctors and staff are skilled and great with our puppy and two cats. You can always count on Lake Orion Veterinary Hospital when needed.

I had to put my sweet old lady kitty down last week... Lexi (veterinary assistant) was SO SO kind and easy to work with during the entire ordeal! She took her time, explained my options, and even brought me extra tissues and a bottle of water. She pet my kitty, and talked to her like she knew/loved her as her own. She even apologized for having to shave her fur to place the IV. I know this part of the job is hard but I truly feel like she GETS it! She has a fantastic heart and is truly in the right place for helping others and making a difference. I only hope she knows how fantastic of a job she's doing! The veterinary profession and LOVH are lucky to have her!Dr. Barton was fabulous as always, and Michelle (veterinary technician) was compassionate and kind as well.
