This is my favorite pharmacy for all my prescription drug needs. Rita is fantastic and the rest of the staff are really great too. I highly recommend this team! There prescription drug plan is great too, and has saved me hundreds per year.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to with the worst experience. This pharmacy was my “back up” in case my CVS pharmacy didn’t have a prescription in stock. My first and only experience was the absolute worst. After confirming with pharmacist that they received my daughter’s script they told me it would be 20/30 minutes to fill. No problem, I show up 35 minutes after speaking with them with my 2 sick kids and the pharmacist told me that it would be another 10 minutes. Annoyed, but ok, the whole store now has to hear my screaming kids because they don’t have a drive-up. While waiting they denied and older gentleman a covid vaccine because they didn’t want to break the pack with no other schedule appointments. The guy was understanding and said he would setup a future appointment. Five minutes later, another gentleman shows up for his scheduled vaccination…: (someone obviously didn’t check the chart for the day). The pharmacist left the counter to try and find the other guy but he left. She then try to convince the scheduled guy to reschedule but he refused. After waiting another 20 minutes my script was finally ready. Upon check out the pharmacist wouldn’t sell me my daughter’s perception. My daughter does have an allergy to another antibiotic which my doctor is fully aware. I explain that my doctor knows what is best to treat my daughter and we’ve never had an issue with that antibiotic… she still refused to sell me the script. I had the prescription transferred to CVS down the road and it was filled within an hour with NO issues. I will never used them again. Sham on the pharmacist for making a decision and disregarding my daughter’s doctor decision on a medicine she needed.

What a dump. I've heard multiple excuses that their store looks like a Soviet state-run grocery in the 1980's with all its empty shelves because of the global supply and trucking situation. Then why are the shelves full at Meijer and Target down the street? This store is an embarrassment to an iconic grocery brand.

DON'T shop at this Kroger: 1. Frequently items are not stocked 2. Limited selection of some items compared to other large grocery stores 3. RARELY enough lanes open to check out 4. Bottle returns? Is that a joke? Absolutely PATHETIC. Never open, even with reduced hours. Spoke to several managers, they just don't care.

GERI pharmacy tech is not a nice person she was very rude and also seemed annoyed by my situation of not having coverage, and even raised her voice..She was very nasty and unprofessional. -1/10 I will never come here nor refer anyone to this place after being treated like that.

This kroger sucks, the food is never fresh, and if you buy meat here you are an idiot-its always bad meat and will make you sick.

If you think you're getting a deal on T-bone steaks, think again. Bought a three pack today. The top one was whole, the two were completely missing the tenderloin. They were packaged to conceal that fact. My husband says this is a common practice for them with all packaged meat, so buyer beware.

I had my insurance change and filling my prescriptions is always interesting when that occurs. When I went to the Kroger pharmacy, Geri helped me and come to find out my prescription I was filling needed a prior authorization and the out of pocket price was over 8 times what I usually pay. Geri took it upon herself to see if she could find a better price for me and after a few minutes, she was successful in helping me with that. She didn't have to go out of her way like that for me but it is greatly appreciated and I always appreciate people who go above and beyond, especially when helping others.

Rita seemed to be the only one working and she kept up with orders quickly and with ease. She was very helpful and knowledgeable as well!

Overall, I do like the store but there's been a handful of times that the meat department is selling spoiled meat. I bought 2 packs of ground pork and stored it away in the freezer, like I always do, until I'm ready to use it. Last week I took one pack out to cook and it stunk up the house! Granted my sense of smell was not good that day and I eventually was able to smell it after cooking it. So I tossed my meal out. I figured it was just that pack. But today, I took the other pack out. This time I smelled the meat and you can tell how foul the pork smelled! It is pretty horrible! You are my to go store but after this experience, I cannot trust this store anymore.

Mike H was at the self checkout and was a j**** He is just too slow to work that job and needs to be replaced. In a friendly gesture I said, "You're building quite a line back there." His response was, "That's ok, I'm here till 11 (pm)."

Went to buy two pack of sirloin steak on Sunday because it's a nice day for grilling. From the outside the steak was red like it's new steaks but right under the first steak it was starting to rod so I just threw it out. Never shop the Kroger on Baldwin Rd and Waldon Rd again. Should have return the meat but wasn't going to waste 15 mins for $10.
