I like shopping at this Krogers cause its less crowded they don't have as many items as a super store but usually i find everything i need. The people working there are friendly and helpful. Sadly anytime i walk into a Krogers im depressed by the constant ridiculous inflation of items that i need!

The flower department at this store is awesome. Sarah (who I believe is the floral manager) was so helpful and ordered me the flowers I needed and helped me decide how much I needed for my daughters bridal shower. She made sure they were bright and beautiful and also put together a corsage that matched perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend Sarah and her floral department for all of your floral needs.

This Kroger is going downhill. Shelves aren't stocked, and the Deli is a mess, there's always a line of people waiting and it looks like there is just 1 kid working the Deli alone, and no matter how I ask for deli Meat cut it comes out thick/dinner cut.

*Since posting this review this kroger has gotten even worse. One old lady manning all the uscans and not one cashier. What happened to krogers 4 to 7 policy of having cashiers and backup cashiers during your busiest times?Consistently out of stock you are bleeding money by not going over your on hands and what your min/max should be for stock before you're system orders a new case of the product when it gets low. You need to get an inventory company in and I'd suggest canning your GM, order clerk, and your RVP and then you all need to go get a job at the comedy club, because this store is a joke.Also, a seafood department should never smell ever. If your department smells and its closed down that means you have a serious bacteria problem somewhere and you're going to make people sick.

They discontinued the organic products such as sour cream and butter and replaced them with non organic garbage from their simple truth brands trying to trick everyone... evil sons of birches. Next us meat and eggs. Is the owner an idiot.... why would you discontinue something like that in our area... greed? Stupid.... bad business.... evil. Must live on the moon and not care. I won't ever be back even if you brought it back. ? later losers. ?

They focus too much on self checkout. When it's 8PM and I'm trying to checkout food for a family of 5 self checkout is too small and frustrating. Man the cash registers for these people. Self checkout how you have it was meant for low quantities.

Pretty bad that I have to drive 20 minutes to the other location on Lapeer to get anything on sale. You’re a bigger store and there is never any meat or dairy. Management needs to get it together! Kroger on lapeer has EVERYTHING you need… not just scraps leftover.

I was told the1) rain check expires in 30 days which is incorrect as confirmed by another store and the customer care2) rain check must be used at the same store it was issued which is also incorrect as confirmed by the customer careHope someone at Kroger corporate read my comments and perform necessary steps so there will be no inconvenience for the customers.

I liked this store better when they had more staff. It's hard to find anyone. No cashiers, just one person trying to help with a bunch of self checkouts. Feels like home depot used to.

They’re out of things all the time it seems like. There is rarely ever anybody working the meat department. Produce is not good quality. Fruit/sprouts seem to mold within a day or two of purchase. Not impressed!As of 1-8-23 the water refill hasn’t been serviced since 10-8-22, it also just stopped working while I was trying to refill water. This location needs better management.
