The manager Danete was extremely disappointing to deal with. The lack of customer service and care after it was addressed is concerning for someone in a management position. The fact that this complaint stems from an online order speaks volumes in and of itself. There were two phone calls, both of which had sole contact with Danete herself. The rudeness and lack of tact made me want to cancel the entire $700+ order. Had my wife not loved the items purchased, it would have been.
The cashier Rachel, however, was extremely professional and kind when we came to pick up the order. Rachel demonstrated qualities expected of customer service management. For Rachel, I would give 5 stars.

This location has a serious problem with their checkout time. The line wasn’t long, but it takes them 30 minutes to check out one person. This has happened on multiple occasions.

Love the items but would rather drive to Rochester store, 35 minutes away from my house rather than this store. Danette is a horrible manager and so very rude to her employees and most important her customers. She needs to leave or get fired there and maybe find something where she doesn’t have to work with people cause she obviously doesn’t like working with people. Poor customer service by the Leader there.

I love this store! Even though the manager sold the art work that I ask to be on hold at the counter so I could do more shopping. When I was ready to check out I said I have the art work also, she said two lady's just bought it. I thought she was joking with me. So make sure you have them put your name on it!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t know that we have ever been treated so poorly by another human being. Disgusted with the customer service & we spent $700 in the store! If I wasn’t in love with the chairs we purchased we would have walked out.

Good selection of items for the house. Prices are good but it is a cheaper quality of items. Good store to fill the house with random items. Staff doesn’t say a word unless you ask a question.

I’m only giving one star because I have to in order to leave a review. Upon entering this store not one employee said hello or can I help you, not one of them even made eye contact as I stood at the counter until I said excuse me, could you tell me if you have more than one of the chairs sitting up front, the response was what chair? I told her to come look with me, she responds with, we might be able to order it, wonderful, sounds good, I assumed she was going back to the counter to look it up, nope, she went back to what she was doing so I said can you look it up?? Again, without eye contact she walks to the computer and looks it up, I pay for them all without her making eye contact, I asked her if this was their customary treatment of customers, her response was, it’s truck day, I told her a simple “I’m sorry you weren’t greeted” Will do, she mumbled a less than sincere “sorry” with still no eye contact, when asked if there was a manager she said she was the assistant manager and the manager was the “shorter lady” walking around the store, when my daughter tried to find her she wasn’t out on the floor. Then my daughter tells me it was the manager that glared at my grandkids every time she walked by. I’m not sure what their problem is but I wouldn’t go back to that store if everything was FREE!!

I will never purchase any items sold at this specific location, the customer service was absolutely horrible. Danette, the cashier was rude, unhelpful, and her tone was horrible. There was one other customer in the store, I simply and politely asked if this item was sold in the store (showing the image of the item on the store website) her response was, “Uh yes, it shows it in stock and pick up for this location, you can just go ahead and look around for it, they’re all over the store.” She was not helping another customer or seemed busy at that specific moment. I went ahead and looked around trying to locate the item for a while before she intervened. HORRIBLE attitude and customer service, will not be purchasing from that location ever again. Hire more friendly staff!
