My family and I have been coming here for years. But recently, within the last year or so, things have changed. They are rude, haircuts are crap and just push you out the door as fast as possible. Last time my daughters got their hair cut there, they took about 5 minutes to trim the back and that was it $18 for that? Theyre young teens... Expected a little more than that.
I normally check in online as soon as I leave work... It takes 40+ minutes to get there. Apparently they delete your name from the waiting list after 30 minutes now... So says the delightful young lady working there.
This location is convenient, but I'd find somewhere else to go if I were you

I went in March 24th. I debated whether to post but still after a month I'm dealing with the most horrible haircut I ever got. I said something about my hair the first time and then she hacked even more. So I didn't say anything anymore because she was making it worse. I never asked for layers in the back. Which would of been ok but these are so uneven and very choppy. I went in for my birthday haircut and to feel better about myself. I've had a few people ask what happened to my hair. I'm so embarrassed to go out in public. I hate leaving bad reviews that's why I waited so long to write it. My mom went in as well and got a beautiful haircut by another stylist. So it just seems to be the stylist I had.

Been going here for years, always had good haircuts so that's not a problem, but need to update their hours..says they're open till 8pm but I showed up at 720 and they said they said No... Guess they don't cater to the working man, Time to find another go to spot🙄

I went in for a haircut with a specific stylist but didn't realize she had 3 of the same family waiting for her. The waiting screen wouldn't show that so she told me it was going to be a 40 minute wait. I decided to see another stylist, her name is Natalie and I am very pleased with my haircut and will ask for her again. I like going with someone that knows my haircut.

Edited: After a month I am happy with my hair now. Even though the haircut wasn't what I expected, I received good complements.

The worst of the worst, genuinely. Staff is completely out of line with customers and this place is notorious for botched haircuts and them doing whatever they want. It says temporarily closed right now, probably because this place is so bad. Great clips just sucks in general though, go to an actual barber.

Went in for a cut… was taken by Zachary (Zack)… he did a fantastic cut for me. He made my visit extremely enjoyable. He was very friendly & had awesome conversation! I am very satisfied with the service I received today, thank you Zack for a great experience! (Arizona is on my list)
