Please do not buy a vehicle from this place first I want to start by saying I have a 2020 GMC Acadia with 59,000 miles that I just bought a month ago. My air has already went out and my check engine light is on that I have to go diagnose myself because the service desk wants to charge me $170 just to diagnose it, I just bought this car not even a month ago and it’s giving me more problems than my GMC terrain that I had for four years and that has 100,000 miles on it that I bought from a different dealership that I do recommend. Which is Moran Chevy GMC in Taylor Michigan prices are much more fair down there too. I paid a lot for this vehicle and I am very upset and discouraged about having my air going out and now my check engine light on and it being so new and just bought it’s also a new year than my terrain was, please make sure you take your Mechanic before you buy it My brakes also have a glaze over them that makes them squeak and squeal.

The salesman, Kevin was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He found the vehicle I found online and brought it around for a test drive. It was perfect except for the fact that it had a sunroof and I didn't want one. He found the identical vehicle on his lot without a sunroof and we closed the deal. He had the truck ready a couple hours later and I was very pleased with the whole process.

The new girl at the check in was super friendly and helpful, my oil change was done quickly as I waited in a clean, comfortable spot with a cup of coffee! Highly recommend this

David Crowder was the most personable salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with buying a car. David had me over a barrel...I desperately needed a new car. However, he took his time and gave me the most incredible deal and undivided attention to address all of my needs. I am not insisting that you go to Dave, but you owe it to yourself to provide him one opportunity to demonstrate what "extra effort" is all about and how customer satisfaction is paramount to Golling Buick. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

I went for oil change and asked them to check on the filter. They brought me the filter to see if I want to change them and then they put them back. Since then I had engine light and found my radiator is broken. They broke the radiator on my Jeep while changing the filter. Very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend them. I wont go there again.
