Package was supposed to be delivered Saturday after vacation hold- was not, I went to pick it up from this fedex location- I was told that package it's to deep in the truck to retrieve it -"no man power", I was standing 100 feet from my Package, now I have to take day of from work to be at home for delivery on Monday. From my perspective you either work on Saturday then please give me my shipment or you don't work on Saturday then don leave slip which says "pick Package next day at Fedex Location". On the positive side lady at front office was nice and trying to help.

been here two days in row and will not leave my package!! All they do is sit in driveway and LEAVE!! Called dispatch and no help!! WHAT IS GOING ON?? WHERE is my tire and wheel???

Never had problem until April 25th. We had two packages arriving from two different shippers. We received notice that they were delivered at about 12:30pm. My son was home. No packages were delivered. The supplied "proof of delivery" showed a photo of our two packages delivered at some other garage. Clearly not our garage. I immediately reported it to Fedex and they said they'd get back within 48 hours. Didn't happen. They told me they had gps on the delivery and knew it wasn't delivered to me but they were going to try and recover the packages and they would get back to me. Didn't happen. I called again and was told I had to make a claim with my shippers. So we did. Shipper opened an investigation with Fedex and the Fedex has never gotten back to them. Today I learned that Fedex closed my case even though they have proof that they did not deliver to my address. Fedex told me I had to contact my shipper to have them contact Fedex (which has already happened). There is no accountability when things go wrong. They absolute worst customer experience.

Horrible service, customer service is of absolutely no help. Every time we have something delivered requiring a signature they never deliver on time. It's always an excuse to why, we need to schedule around deliveries, I have much better stuff to do than to wait around to sign for a package to be delivered at some random time. Get your stuff together fedex!

Did orientation with them for 2 days and decided to pursue another job instead. I never got paid for orientation and it's been 3 weeks. Plus, the work load they expect of you doesn't match what they are paying you. This is 2023/ now 2024. I refused to over work myself for pennies

Fedex continues to disappoint in delivery efforts.They do not attempt to actually deliver packages. There have been several times I've been at home, waiting for a package and receive a text alert from Fedex to say they attempted to deliver the package and no one was home --- they hadn't even rang the doorbell to attempt to deliver.If this was a one off instance, I understand. But this happens nearly EVERY time.Customer service is no help. These folks don't care about inconveniencing you. They don't care about providing good service.I dread deliveries when FedEx is handling it. It's truly sad.

Drivers are lazy and drop packages at back building and doesn’t even try to go to front of building. Leaves packages in the elements of the weather. His is a senior building and not all seniors can get out to try and find their package. Each package should be delivered to the apt doors. This has happened one too many times. If you want to pay me to deliver your packages otherwise it isn’t my job.

They don't pay ANY attention to delivery directions. Just leave large packages at the bottom of 9 steps and leave. I've always asked to ring the doorbell but never happens. I'm a 63 yr old disabled lady and really could use help getting pkgs to top of steps. Don't choose FedEx if there is any other way

Literally just watched the driver throw our package to the front of the truck. Filing a claim due to broken parts. Absolutely ridiculous.
