Our computer was running really poorly, and financial situations being what they were - we were really dragging our feet at having to purchase a new one. I called Dan and he diagnosed the likely problem over the phone. He was able to fix our computer which now runs like new and we saved hundreds of dollars not having to buy another one! I highly recommend his services!
