Andrew rocks. I had a special need. I purchased a waterpump for a vehicle i have in costa rica. I unfortunately told Andrew the wrong vehicle (cherokee instead of grand cherokee) the parts were different. On my recent trip back to the states.. (2 weeks later) I brought back the part and the old one... Andrew made it right and got me going with all the correct parts I needed super quickly and without incident kudos to Andrew and the entire staff... as we say I Costa Rica

So I went into AutoZone and was trying to find out what was wrong with my car they could not hook up a diagnostic to it because if I would have shut my car off because it would not have restarted when you go into an auto parts store you would feel that they would know more about the field the gentlemen of the new the most was on the phone don't know exactly what it was about I sat there for almost 30 minutes waiting to speak to somebody the gentleman told me more than likely it was my starter I bought the new starter coming to find out it was just the battery it would have been a lot cheaper situation if I would have known it was just the battery

Karrie was very helpful, in the rain(!), when we were trying to change a battery and dropped a bolt that could not be retrieved. She came out to the parking lot to see if we needed help, determined the size bolt needed and brought out a replacement.
Karrie is kind, friendly and helpful.

Rude employee. I'll go elsewhere. insulted my voice, said it was unfortunate that I sounded like that, then asked if I got punched in the throat when I was a kid. honestly amazes me what people think is appropriate to ask. hey idiot ever think that maybe it was medical reason, and it's none of your damn business?

Seems to have the best prices around compared to Advanced Auto Parts and OReilly’s. Service is not bad but staff doesn’t seem the most knowledgeable.

Been going there since they've been open seems they've gone down hill with customer service and hiring people that know what there talking about. Your web site says you can sync keyfabs to your vehicle but the person I talked with seemed to know nothing about it. Won't be going back I will take my business elsewhere.
