“I purchased a used vehicle from Bruce Gepfrey. Bruce was very personable and easy to work with. The price that was agreed upon was a fair price both for the purchase and the trade in. After the purchase there were some issues that arose and I experienced some difficulty attempting to communicate with them. Although this was upsetting it was later explained to me that they were having technical problems and the communication issues were by no means intentional on their part. In the end the problems were resolved. I was assured that they take great pride in their customer service and that they have taken steps to avoid any further issues.
