I’m so disappointed! Sales rep Lee did nothing but lie to me! Day 2 after delivery I called to return. Fabric is loose on cushions, deformed cushions, extremely uncomfortable. Beware, they will say anything for a sale here. It’s also impossible to reach customer service/warranty department. After being on hold for forever, they say they’ll call back and you won’t lose your place in-line. Problem is, they never call back.

Tim was a great salesman and his manager Lamar is also very professional. I didn’t feel annoyed or pressured like I usually do at furniture stores. I will definitely come back here. Thanks guys.

Good selection. Friendly sales person. Only problem was I only wanted to look for a new sofa. The price was so good and the 0% financing for 12 months. Could not say no. Got a beautiful reclining sectional. Thank you Tom.

Do not buy furniture here. Worst customer service. My sleeper sofa and coffee table were supposed to arrive between 7:15-10:15 am today, according to their “chat bot Jenny”, that texted me 4 times. When it didn’t arrive by 10:40 am I called the stores number, got a robot who connected me to a live voice who said they had no record of any texts going to my number and that I was not on the delivery schedule. She didn’t know why but she could put me on the delivery schedule. I had to ask her 3 times for a supervisor. Waited over 45 minutes for an “escalations specialist”. Who was very vague about what happened but did confirm that I was sent texts and was on the delivery schedule but was taken off because “either the couch was defective or some other issue “. She couldn’t tell me if there was another one available until Wednesday, but “no guarantee.” No one be from Ashley furniture notified me of any of this. She said that she would email the supply department and that IShould call the store. ( this phone call took at least an hour and a half.)
I called the salesman on his cell and he said he would get back to me Right away after he was done with his customer When he didn’t get back to after an hour, called him again and he said that if I worked in retail sales I would know that that he can’t leave a customer waiting on the floor. It is 4:15 pm and no word from him. Tried calling the store but got the same recording and the recording hung up on me. Meanwhile my old sleeper sofa was taken out for trash pick up today and my relatives who are coming for Thanksgiving won’t have a place to sleep or sit. The escalation specialist in Texas joked that “ I should get a hammock and put it up in the backyard”, in Michigan. Not funny! They just want your money. Everything is paid for. I will cancel the order if not resolved ASAP. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I worked guy with named Sam. He is really good. He gives info and personal space to think about. Felt comfortable with him. I went there to have a look at one of the sofas. It wasn’t there. He showed another which we liked it better and bought it and a dining table.

Very kind & gifted SALES team. Be aware managers are completely and totally incompetent. They have absolutely no basic understanding in basic processing of a check. Checks are infact legal tender. To the Area Manager of Ashley - Lamarr S. needs a great deal more training. You cannot expect a customer to wait over an hour to process a check. That is simply not acceptable. [The check was a good check, with a great deal more in the account, than the written check value.] ((Please train your managers.)) The sad part they prefer a credit card, which results for them a LOSS in profit.

Back in 2021 we were looking for a good quality couch for our home. We found a great couch that we paid a good chunk of money for thinking it would last long. Fast forward three years later and there is a tear in the couch… just from sitting on it (we are not large people). Ashley’s would not help us in getting a replacement cushion due to it being “out of their warranty time frame”, yet the sales person sold us on a manufacturer warranty telling us it would cover stuff like this… well it doesn’t. So now we are stuck with an expensive couch that is getting a rip on it. Highly recommend buying elsewhere in hopes customer service is better and a company that actually believes in their product quality. Will not be purchasing from here again.

I came in looking for a chaise lounge. Received excellent customer service from Alex. He helped us find 2 furniture pieces that we needed. He was friendly & very professional. Most of our furniture has been purchased from Ashley & we will continue to shop here.
