Loved this place! Very clean and all the employes were helpful and nice. I liked being able to bathe my dog myself, calms him. Going back again.

Love this place and so does Sam. He always smells good after and is a happy boy. We appreciate everyone at Soggy Doggie!Update: 3 years later we still love them! They are so good to our dogs and we love them for it!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! My husky Storm has gotten multiple blowouts from other grooming places and he has NEVER looked this good. I can tell she took her time with him and paid attention to detail. I have seriously never seen him look so white. I will say it was a little on the pricey side but it is totally worth it for the quality of work. I am 100% certain I will be back! Also, the new name of the place is round of a paws!

We took our dog here for the first time this weekend and had a great experience! The staff is friendly and very helpful, and they did a wonderful job taking care of our girl. Our dog has a skin condition that keeps her itching constantly and she is happier and softer than ever.

Just took my dog here for the first time and we will be repeat customers! Both ladies were very helpful and explained how everything worked to me. The price was reasonable for my big dog and the shampoo/conditioner left him smelling great!

Fantastic people, took me as a walk in. My dog is a pain to get his nails trimmed. They handled the whole thing like pro's. Fast and did a really nice job. Using a grinder he didn't have any rough edges. My new favorite place.

They don’t care for your puppies, be aware and don’t be surprised if your puppy is not treated right or has cut and they just blame you and scare you. They made a cut very close to the eye on my puppy and initially said he came in with cut and later said he has a mass under eye, I took him to vet and there is no issue with pup. Not worth the money or pain you had to go thru seeing a wound on your puppy.Update in response to owner’s comment: More lies! I never received any communication. All they said was they don’t want to pay for vet which I haven’t even asked them to pay for! Our puppy is golden that’s why I ask how it happened but all they said was lies to cover up the mistake. I had a simple question, how did my pup get a cut on his face. Bad reviews is all a business gets from customer when customer is not treated right and when things are made up than addressing the problem!

Kylie turned my shaggy doggy into a well groomed spiffy doggie. He looks like an Ewok or a live Teddy Bear. He got the works for $50 but he is a very small dog. Highly recommend!

Have my goldens, and have my groomers! They are the best dogs and groomers around! All dog breeds should get to experience the talent, expert trimming, great scents, love and care this team gives to their furry friends! I drive 30 minutes to Soggy Doggy cause they are that good!

This was the third and final time taking our 2 dogs Remi & Lucky to Soggy Doggie.After 3 hours, I received a distressing call saying that they needed us to come get our 1 dog immediately because she had been barking for 3 hours nonstop, so my wife and I rushed over. We were very worried because we have had 0 issues the past 2 years of grooming every 4-6 weeks.Upon walking in, a groomer let us know that Remi was tied to a post in the middle of the place because there was actually a issue in her cage. She had lodged her mouth and snout into the cage trying tobreak free and had caught her mouth in there and had gotten her snout and jaw stuck which they pulled out a picture to show us. They had to pry the bars apart to get her unstuck and let us know that she was very upset and had an accident all over the crate because she was stuck and scared.This is of course her fault for trying to break out of a metal crate but what I’m most concerned over is thatthere was absolutely no concern for her safety, well-being, only questioning if she was used to cages (which she sleeps in every night). At the time we onlynoticed a chipped tooth. We later noticed a sore below her nose and after an expensive vet visit, they let us know that there was an infected abrasion below her nose so she is on antibiotics.If this were not enough, our other dog Lucky cameout and I could see chunks of stool falling off her. It was smeared all over her backside and legs. I have no idea how this is possible unless she was terrified or kept in there without going out as both our dogs sleep in a crate for 7 to 9 hours a night. The groomerwent to get a few baby wipes to try to wipe it off. The wipes did not clean her and as she has white and light gray fur, it was very obvious and very noticeable by smell. We truthfully just wanted to get out of there so we gave her a bath as soon as we got home.I understand that the situation with Remi was anaccident; however, the lack of concern over even a small medical issue paired with our other dog covered in her own waste and lack of attempting to fix it was too much. My wife and I decided that instead of making it a big deal and even attempting to get a refund, discount, etc… we just needed to get our dogs out of there. For these reasons, we will notbe returning and not recommending.

I take my Lab mix Loki every month to get his nails grinded, and every time he sees Krys he runs to give her kisses like a long lost friend. She is kind and gentle with him and so quick to get the job done, even doing little extras like cutting the hair between his toes on hot days for no charge, something no other groomer does. I was disappointed to learn they increased the prices, but I'm still very happy with the service
