I purchased a $100 gift certificate from my mom's favorite nail salon for her birthday on behalf of my dad, right before the pandemic hit. My intention was for it to be a special gift from him to her, especially since he was battling cancer and couldn't do it himself. Tragically, my dad passed away a month into the lockdown, during which the salon, like everything else, was closed. When we attempted to use the gift certificate after the world began to reopen, we were told that it had supposedly expired. It was surprising and frustrating, given that I believed the law ensured gift certificates don't expire. This whole situation was really disappointing. It felt like Love Nails didn't care about what everyone had been through over the past year. What was supposed to be a thoughtful gift ended up leaving a bad taste, leading my mom to decide to never come again.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: I appreciate your clarification, but at this specific location in 2021, my experience directly contradicts this policy, suggesting a potential gap in communication or training with your team.

Best gel mani in the area. Great gel polish options. Walks in are welcome but it's best to call ahead or schedule an appiinment. Clean shop and nice owner.

Dalin was so helpful and willing to open her shop on Monday, when it was supposed to be closed. My sister and I made appointments for pedicures, and the service was wonderful. She is full of personality and made the visit to her shop a joy. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Just left with a new pedicure. I really liked the place. It was bright and nicely decorated. I arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted and seated immediately. The tech was really friendly and did a great job. It's rare I get a pedicure without bleeding, and she had the perfect touch. Calluses gone, no skin grated raw. I'll absolutely be back!

I wouldn’t even give this place the one star star that I gave , this was the was the worst experience I’ve ever had . I called and scheduled my appointment on Wednesday for Friday 5/26/23 when I walked in I was stared at the entire time , the nail tech asked me and my friend if we didn’t mind waiting for our friend , we said yes the nail tech also told the Spanish tech to start my friends nails and told the “black” tech to start on my friend and I feet, the tech that started my friends nails said that the color she chose was too much like her skin color !! She came and said next time we schedule an appointment to let her know that we have shellac because we wouldn’t have been waiting that long . Waiting was never the issue , the scheduling wasn’t done correctly and they made me feel so horrible I cried because they made it seem as if I had an issue when I never did . Very Very RACIST Salon !! Will NEVER be back EVER !!!Service: Pedicure

Good quality dip nails. I've had dip at other places and they had cracked way too early. Not here. They also are sanitary too. Change out the lining for foot spa and use gloves when working with feet. My husband comes with me and they treat him well too. They're not fake nice and they are respectful. Owner hires from multiple nationalities not just Vietnamese. They speak English to each other and it is apparent they enjoy to work with each other they joke around with each other.
