The internet has been out since Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 5pm. It’s Wednesday morning the 18th & since no internet. Nothing posted on Sunrise website given status of repair

We had an internet problem at our cabin. Sunrise sent Sterling out the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He checked all components and promptly fixed our problem!! Thank you for your great customer service!!
