We had a wonderful experience buying our camper from Jeremy 7 years ago. But what was above and beyond was the help he gave us over the phone when we had a problem with the slide out. He called us back in a matter of minutes and walked my husband through the fix. We were on our way in no time! Brewbaker's is so worth the drive from Traverse City. Highly recommended!

Brewbaker’s did a good job with the sale of my RV. They sent a guy named Bill out to deliver and set up my camper. Bill did a FANTASTIC job and truly went out of his way to make sure my RV was set up correctly and safely. I just wanted to send out a huge thank you to Bill for his outstanding service, it truly is appreciated!

Sandy and I recently purchased our 2024 Grand Design Travel Trailer from Brewbakers Housing. Since we live in Mid Michigan the purchase was mainly over the phone and their website with Sam Brewbaker.
When we got to the dealership Sam was waiting for us in his jeans and vest. ( This really made an impression on Sandy, she wasn't expecting the owner to be working on our new rig!)
Sam and his staff exceeded our expectations with a great deal and helpful service!
We highly reccomend the drive to Onaway, it will be well worth your time and money.

This is our 2nd camper we have bought from them! The price was great. Jeremy gave us a fantastic trade in value. We couldn't turn it down. Jeremy and Sam were fantastic at preping our camper and going thru how everything works. They stand behind their rvs and will go to any lengths to make sure that you are pleased. On Saturday I went to Brewbakers to have them look at my furnace. I had bought my Coleman travel trailer from Camping World so I was not sure what to expect. I could not be happier. I have spent a month in Michigan glamping at my Dad's and freezing at night. I am very toasty now. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. They took care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Best customer service for parts I’ve experienced while traveling across the country, from Jackie Moore at Brewbaker’s RV, who was diligent in tracking down the correct new, replacement part for one that was discontinued by Grand Design, for our 2018 Solitude RV. Jackie was prompt, personable, knowledgeable and most helpful throughout the process to get us the correct part we needed, within the short time we were traveling in the area. We have bought more than one trailer from Jeremy at Brewbakers and have always had a great experience. This time we contacted him for help with our awning, a small part broke and the maker of the awning wanted us to purchase a 50.00 gas shock when we only needed a very small part that threaded onto the shock. We called Jeremy and he found the part we needed and sent it to us the same day. That means a lot to us not only great trailers but the very best customer service.

We brought our camper in for repairs because a storm ripped the mounting brackets to our awning off. The awning itself was fine, the issue was that they don't make the mounting brackets anymore so we have to have everything replaced. 1st red flag - the called and said that everything was done and ready to be picked up but there was a hole in the new awning. Our original awning didn't even have a hole in it, so I asked that they order a new awning. They suddenly got a very poor attitude with me and acted like it was normal for new awnings to have a hole in them. 2nd red flag - we get the call that everything is done (again) and when we got there (we have to drive 100 miles round trip), the whole thing was wrong. The arms to the awning were the incorrect color, the awning was the incorrect color, and they wanted to argue because their service person wrote the invoice incorrect. 3rd red flag - When we told them it was incorrect, all of the service technicians started talking poorly about us in the lot (not knowing I was sitting there and could hear them) saying all sorts of things. They also said that they ordered the color that they wanted because the color we wanted wouldn't look right. After they've already had our camper for over a month, suddenly they will have to have it for another 2-4 weeks to order the new parts that should have been ordered in the first place. One cancelled camping trip and one up in the air now, I will NEVER recommend Brewbakers to any of my friends or family ever again. We will be going elsewhere. Very VERY dissatisfied with the service that we received.
