“We were on our way to the dealer with our 2019 Ram 1500 because it was having a weird non start issue. We thought our meter said the battery was good, but it wouldn’t start without a jump and even then was questionable. Stopped in for a last ditch effort before the dealer. The manager checked the codes and it turned out to be the battery. He changed it for us and we are good to go, and we avoided the dealer! Great service, nice guy, good store.”

“I hope this review finds the owner of this establishment. You have a young man by the name of Casey working in your store, and you need to know that I was totally blown away by how great he was! If I was still a retail manager, I would absolutely try and steal him from you. ? Casey is exactly who you want to deal with when you come into an auto parts store. He knows the parts, knows the vehicles, and has a friendly disposition and what seemed to be a genuine enjoyment for the work he is doing. I was actually in the store twice and he was working both times and was helping other customers and taking phones calls and generally running the show from the looks of it. I asked if he was the manager and he informed me that he was not. I have 15 years of retail management experience and now own my own business and I can tell you that if I were the owner of this establishment… I would give him a hard look for store manager. I can’t emphasize enough how rare it is to see that caliber of customer service these days. The fact that this was like 4 hours ago when I left there should tell you something if I’m still coming here and writing my only Google review. Please take care of this young man or if someone else reads this and is looking to hire someone who will leave a positive, lasting impression with their customers, go snatch this guy up and pay him what he’s worth! And if nothing else, hopefully Casey reads this and knows that his hard work, friendly disposition, and dedication to the job is appreciated!”
