Long story short: I found a phone on a train station in the Netherlands and it appeared to be of one of Rick's clients that lost its phone during his holiday. As the client was underway to pick up his phone Rick called to verify the repair appointment. Conclusion: Rick's follow up is accurate and the conversation was extremely pleasant. Good luck Rick!
