I really wish I could go back in time and decide not to come here and waste my money. People are telling me my nails look trashy and bad.
DO NOT COME HERE
0 stars if I could.
For reference I wanted a basic hot pink set…

I chose VIP Nail Bar because they had good ratings and you can book online. I go to Mai Le every time, and she always does a fantastic job. my only challenge is that I'm hearing impaired and most staff wear masks, so it's hard to understand them since I can't lipread. Mai Le has been wonderful about making sure I can understand her. I feel so girly every time I walk out!

I was very disappointed in the manicure I received here. It was by far the worse shellac manicure I have ever gotten. I asked for square shaping of my nails, and they were filed completely crooked (pictures below). They also feel jagged, and some nails have particles in the polish. The technician dropped a tool on the ground and picked it up and continued to use it without cleaning it. Overall, it felt very sloppy. I called to ask for a refund because I did not feel comfortable going back to have them fixed, but they were unable to accommodate this.

amy did a great job i came in wanting to get another set of acrylics after having a set previously and my nails were very damaged and she mentioned dip to strengthen my nails and i chose to do that because i thought my nails could use a break and i dont think ill go back to regular acrylics now

I came in for a manicure with acrylics and polish for my sisters wedding and did not have a good experience. I described what I wanted , she grabbed by hands and immediately told me my nails would look better with just a gel polish . After telling her again what I wanted , she begrudgingly agreed . At one point she hurt me and said it was because my skin is too sensitive. Then proceeded to tell me another couple times that I don’t have the right hands for long nails , I have very uneven cuticles and it was hard to do what I wanted . She also told me my skin is so sensitive it’s red and pointed at my chest . I’ve had my nails done multiple times in the past and never had issues . My nails are pretty but I did notice a couple mistakes . I understand giving pointers or advice maybe once but when it keeps getting repeated, it starts to come off rude . I’ve been here before and was impressed but after today I probably will not come back . The experience overall was not good since she could have had better customer service, been gentler and not made me feel like my hands are deformed by the time I left .

Wasn't pleased with my experience:( first time here and wanted a gel manicure. I had to leave because something came up. Still had to pay $25 because I had an appointment booked with them. What a waste of money. Going somewhere else next time.

Took my 3 young daughters for their first pedicures and went to VIP because I had received a giftcard. Looked up services online and found the princess pedicures for $26 which includes nail art. Immediately I was told to do shellac which is $35 and no nail art. I showed her the website and she agreed to do that but it was still $5 for nail art. Ok fine. But then one of my daughters couldn't do the nail polish selected for whatever reason so instead of the blue she picked the manicurist picked ruby red in the other kind of polish. She agreed being put on the spot. Overall expected to spend the $78 and it came to $109 and NONE of them got nail art because it wouldn't work with the polishes they all picked. Salon was nice and clean though, that's a plus. No smaller pedicure chair unfortunately for the younger kids.

I saw Kim prior to my wedding- beautiful nails. She spoke to me about organic dip and I got that for my next appt. Gorgeous! My nails are in perfect condition (but still need new appt of course as nails have grown out) - no chips etc. I have appt 6/15 and I will keep coming back again and again. I always felt self conscious of my nails in the past as I have small hands and I used to pick at my nails historically. Kim and all staff make me feel welcome and not self conscious at all. I am a true loyal customer and will never go anywhere else. The vip pedicure is amazing btw.

If I would have known that getting my nails painted with your polish 3 different times was going to ruin my nails I wouldn't have paid 75 plus a tip every time. And stop demanding tips that isn't very classy.

I have been going to VIP Nails for almost two years now and there's no place I'd trust with my nails more than VIP! The salon is always clean, and the work is always top notch. I am loyal to Amy because she's amazing and always does incredible work but I'd be confident going to anyone who works there!
