Ok, I’m not a fan of bad reviews, and I don’t consider myself an easily angered person. However, I came to this location and asked about repairing my broken phone screen. I was asked if I had insurance coverage and I told the associate I don’t believe so. Without asking me any more information he directed me to fill out a claim and promised that it would pay no more than $99 to fix or replace.After leaving the store I got a notification saying that I was not enrolled and was not Eligible for the protection program nessesary to fix my phone as I was told.I went back to the store and the associate (a new person) told me that there was nothing that they could do if I was not enrolled in a protection plan. And the rough estimate to fix my phone would be $200-$300.That is fine, and I understand that there is nothing that they can do. However, lazily instructing a customer to do something and sending them on their way after being lied to is incredibly unprofessional and insulting.They never once asked my name or looked at my account. The second staff member admitted that the person that gave me misleading information was the MANAGER. And that they are known to cut corners.I am beyond disappointed in the first customer service experience that I had. I am grateful for the sympathy, support, and help given to me on my second try there and that is the only reason I give them 2 stars.

Highly recommend using this store as a destination for any current or future Verizon customers. Thanks to Wesley’s expertise and professionalism I was able to switch from T-mobile to Verizon with ease and set me up with a brand new iPhone! Shopping for a new provider has never been this easy!
