“I found the hotel to be great, truly. It is close to Michigan State U and affordable. Knowing my daughter now attends MSU, I will stay here often, but the reason I came to Google to write this review was to commend Najlaa, the woman who was responsible for tidying my room after I departed. Having dropped my girl off at school and being quite upset, I forgot to pack my work laptop and left it behind in the room. Said laptop is very valuable and returning to work without it would have been a huge problem for me, but thankfully, Najlaa was honest and turned in my laptop to the front desk! Although I had to drive 10 hours back to the hotel to retrieve my laptop, kicking myself the entire way, I am ever so grateful to Najlaa for her honesty. This alone will be the reason why I frequent this hotel. Najlaa....I am so grateful for you! I hope you were given the reward I left for you! Thank you!!!!!!”
