I purchased my first home with Shannon’s help. With this all being new, she was a great expert in navigating the process and made me feel comfortable at all times. Despite my busy work schedule she was always available and willing to answer questions, view homes, and work on an offer.With her help and time I learned so much about home buying, and never felt unsure as to our next step. Shannon loves her job and was genuinely excited when our offer on the house I loved was accepted. I would happily recommend Shannon to anyone looking for their next home.

Shannon is awesome! She helped me sell my home during a changing market with no issues. She does what she says she going to and was communicating on all pertinent topics and always willing to help. My husband and I can't say enough good things about Shannon! She's amazing! We were relocating to the area from out of town, and due to certain circumstances, we were in need of a house within a specific timeframe. To make our situation more difficult, we had a list of houses we wanted to see, but only had specific days/times we were available. Shannon is extremely flexible and she's such a great communicator. We were able to see all of the houses we were interested in and she oftentimes had our offers written up before we even finished our drive back to our previous hometown.Also, she's extremely knowledgeable and we truly believe she has her clients' best interests in mind. Being from out of town (and coming from a larger city), we needed advice on things to look for and things to expect; mostly pertaining to well/septic systems. She gives great advice and also has many professional contacts we will be taking advantage of in the future to assist us further in any home repairs/questions we may have.Overall, it was such a pleasure working with Shannon. We would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a relator in the future.

Shannon was great to work with! For being a first time homebuyer she helped us out a lot. She had answers to all of our questions and if we wanted to change or fix something on the house she had contacts to give us that she has worked with in the past. She is a huge veterans supporter as well which is amazing so she knew how busy our schedules were. She is very personable and outgoing. We loved working with Shannon we highly recommend her!
