Refused to return my product purchased from another location even though I had the receipt. Workers were “too busy” to offer help and I had to hunt them down to ask and they seemed annoyed that I was bothering them. Will stay away from this location.

the sweetest people and the sweetest workers ever! girl who helped me was named audrey/ aubrey and she was so nice and so welcoming… would definitely come back bc the service is wonderful.

Cathy and Jodi have the best customer service. We ran into an issue with the computer system at checkout and they handled it so gracefully. They made my experience here great and I will return because they get stuff handled professionally and kindly. Thank you ladies!

Definitely not a Sephora experience as far as customer service goes. Out of 10 times that I’ve stopped by, maybe twice did an associate greeted me and offered help. It’s always 2 airheads behind the counter laughing and carrying on, and tonight was no exception. If only Sephora knew how Kohl’s is ruining their reputation.
