First time visiting a friend who had a stroke about a month ago. The whole place is very warm, friendly and welcoming. The front door staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient several times in the past & had excellent care. Administration/Business office was Extremely helpful & knowledgeable. Karen, John, and Collete are remarkable therapist. The nurses & aides are wonderful. They are very helpful & act like they really care. Augustine, Alex, Codie, Tarin, and Kim were outstanding & kind to me.

This Medilodge location is far superior to other Medilodge locations! Staff, cleanliness, attentiveness, and overall care are superior to other locations. One thing that could be improved on is the quality of food. It's not horrible food, it just could be improved.

The food sucks has no flavor or taste. The staff were all very nice people but they were very short staffed. Need more staff at night for sure.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Clean, welcoming environment! My family member who is a new resident was happy to have so many activities and has adjusted remarkably well and looks forward to meeting her neighbors. Staff very willing to help me find my way around!?
