“I called this location after getting poor service from another location and I must say I'm glad I did, a gentleman named Johnny answered the phone and was not only helpful but went above and beyond to help me I am Thankful for him and his coworkers when I lived in Okemos they were ALWAYS TOP NOTCH which is why I called this location after the unsatisfactory interaction with the other location and as always I wasn't disappointed. Keep up the phenomenal job Okemos GameStop.”

“John needs a pay raise fr ? Hes funny and easy to get along with, went through the trouble of looking for mondern warfare 3 for PS4 for me. To no avail, couldn’t find it which i didnt mind too much lol. He did help me out with getting a controller though and we made some real good conversation.
