Made an appointment for a diagnosis and days later still hadn’t even been looked at. The young man who I checked in with was so disrespectful I almost didn’t even leave my car to be looked at. Well they decided to just keep my car for days and not look at it anyway. Total waste of my time. (3 days) Plus they were charging a ridiculous amount for the diagnostic test. Avoid this place and drive 60 miles to Grand Rapids is what I’ll do instead of me and my time being disrespected by the rude and unprofessional service department staff.

Needed a diagnosis. Made an appointment for the next week to have that done. When dropping it off the young man at the counter was so rude to me I left in tears. Was told it would be $160 per issue to diagnose. That would be $ 320 just to look at our car without having anything taken care of. Had our car for two whole days. On the third I called to see what was going on and they still hadn’t even looked at our car yet. Still out the money for the car we had to rent to get back and forth to work for three days and not one step closer to getting our car fixed. Worst experience, terrible customer service, all around not the place to go if you expect you or your time to be respected.

Quick, friendly and a nice sitting area with good coffee!Update:If I could give this place more stars I would. The people here are so nice. From the service department to the salesmen, I highly recommend everyone. Especially the salesman, Pat Eagan. He is real and up front with everyone. I came back today for my first oil change after buying the Rogue 2 months ago and he still knew me and my wife by name. I would recommend this dealership and him to any and everyone.

The service team at Graff Nissan / Okemos is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Appreciate that they are able to always get my car in when it's convenient for me and they take care of my car very well!
