I personally have know William Grubb for over twenty years and I have been a Farmers customer for over five years. Bill (William) has always gone the extra mile for me and my whole family's insurance needs. Highly Recommend Him!

William and Christine are the only reason that I have stayed with Farmers. Great people that are down to earth with the knowledge to ensure I am protected. When asked by another agent why I wouldn't change if it would save me a little money, I said it has been the ancillary benefits that I have received from this office that keeps me here.

I have been working with William Grubb for over five years insuring the safety of my family. Over this time I've experienced not just a great office experience but a great friendship, which is not something that comes frequently these days. William Grubb is someone who is their when you need him the most and helps you from start to finish should something go wrong. I've brought so many friends and family over the years to William Grubb and each and everyone of them has experienced the same friendship and amazing attention to detail and business experience that I have. I have worked with other insurance agencies in the past but have never been as satisfied with the safety and helpful timely service I receive with William Grubb and their office. I will continue to recommend them any chance I get.

I have been a customer of the William Grubb Farmers Insurance Agency for over ten years. Bill and Christine Pettit provide me with auto, home and life insurance. They are personable, knowledgeable and empathetic to my insurance needs. They always provide me with the insurance I need at an affordable price. They always contact me if there is a new programs that will provide me savings, this day and age that rarely happens with any other business. I contribute this to Bill and Christine truly caring by putting their customers first. Any claims I had to make or any question I had to ask Bill or Christine, they were acted upon quickly and satisfactory. There is something to be said about having a personal agent, Personal Attention.
I would recommend the William Grubb Farmers Insurance Agency to anybody.
