“While there isn’t as much of a selection at this location compared to the w. Lansing location, the prices and the amazing customer service make up for it. I have been a very loyal customer for 8 years and while the other Lansing area location leaves me with a sour feeling in my stomach from how poorly the staff treats customers - I have NEVER had a bad experience at this location. The prices are much better than the other location. Staff truly love their job and are always having fun while they work. I’ve even witnessed them handle more difficult customers with kindness and patience. I’d give 6 stars if I could.”

“This review is specific to the salon I got my hair done with my aunt the worker who provided the service is Hope I will never be getting my hair done by anyone else she had a super fun and vibrant personality. The price was good and she is amazing at talking. The salon offers a ton or different services and I would say it is everything you could want hair wise and the products that were used felt very nice.”
