We took our Thrifting Tour Bus to Carousel Consignments and our group could not have been more pleased! Owner was gracious, made our clients feel welcomed and every single person bought something! Great quality and selection.

Such a cute and quaint shop with some surprises in store! I’ve been going here from time to time over the last few years and it’s always a great experience! The workers there are always happy to help and give a thoughtful opinion. As a plus size person it can be really hard to shop consignment and used items but I have been pleasantly surprised every time I come in lately with the large selection of larger items that aren’t just oversized big flowery prints! (Also a surprisingly wide selection of shoes) They have done some interior updates as well recently that really gives the place a fresh vibe and a cozy atmosphere. Also. I appreciate how clear their directions are for getting set up to consign with their store. Highly recommend this small business!!

Your Place seemed clean and well organized. I can appreciate all the rules you have around consigning because it keeps things smooth on your end, yet not on the customer end. it’s a little extreme and doesn’t allow for someone to
Just pop in like I did which means an additional trip if I decide to come back.
I’m new to the area and had been excited about bringing some things in and trying your place but with the way I was greeted it was pretty poor customer service.
The woman running the store did give me some options when I asked about where I could take bridesmaid dresses which I appreciated however initially It was clear she was annoyed with me that I didn’t go to the website first. so, to her dismay, she had to explain to me the list of rules. From an owner standpoint id be shifting that low level response to something more kind.
You’ll push people away doing that.
The first time experience would normally deter me from doing business but I may decide to give the benefit of the doubt once time has passed.

We found some great deals on the racks, although there's not much for the average sized person (16/18) so it's a better option for very small folks.

I was disappointed that I was unable to work with this shop. If someone goes through the trouble of making an appointment and driving all the way over (with today’s gas prices) the store worker should be able to look at the items and decide what they want to take, instead of the customer leaving all of the items there and not knowing what the store would take and what they would donate, or worse, having the customer have to come back for their items to donate themselves. I’m sorry I didn’t see the 25 item limit online; I didn’t want to make two trips anyway because the overage items may have been out of season my the time I got another appointment. There was no one waiting and the worker saw me limping trying to manage the bins, yet she wouldn’t take all of my items as a one-time exception because I missed the rule online. I also go to a resale shop in another city further away and they have you put the clothing on hangers and you just hang them up and they go through all of them on the spot. They know right away what they won’t take and I return those items to my car. Simple. One trip. No back and forth two or three times. Common sense and good customer service is largely lost when you are inflexible to your customers’ needs; especially when no one was waiting behind me. I was inconveniencing no one. You have lost sight of your customers when you are so bent on not breaking any “rules”. Sometimes it’s better to bend a little to prevent reviews like this.

This place is good, they follow COVID protocols very well allowing customers only by appointment, very accommodating. Sara was very friendly and responsive.
