“I'm pretty loyal to another local body shop but had to look elsewhere due to the size of this particular vehicle. Priority didn't disappoint. Aaron took the time to review a competitor's estimate against his own, line by line, and even reevaluated the body damage to make sure his figures were accurate. He included his lead tech to verify labor estimates. The same tech called me at home because he noticed some additional damage to an adjacent panel that they were already removing. He could have just put it back on, dents and all, but instead he reached out because it would be cheaper to fix it now. The office staff provided weekly updates. They missed their estimated deadline, but only because they weren't happy with one of the repairs and asked to keep the vehicle a little longer so they could redo it to their satisfaction. I'd recommend them to anyone.”
“My truck needed some serious bodywork done from some damage, so I took it to this Gerber Location.Alex, the General Manager, did an excellent job orchestrating the repairs from start to finish.He was attentive as soon as I brought my truck in, and was very thorough explaining the repair process. Gentleman explained that the chip never broke the laminate and that I wouldn’t need to worry about it cracking at all and a repair wasn’t necessary. Very honest business!!!! “My Toyota Prius had a close encounter with "Wiley E. Coyote--Supergenius" about three weeks ago. As a result, I was referred to Gerber Collision and Glass in Lansing by Farmer's Insurance. From the first day my car was dropped off, I received updates via text as to its status and estimated time of repair. Since I was going through my insurance company and only had a limited time for my car rental, Gerber hastened the repairs to my vehicle to prevent my coverage from expiring. “They fixed my truck after the deer wrecked the side. Great communication, and the repair looks factory new. They promised it would take two weeks and 13 days later, it was finished on time. No complaints, super easy to deal with.”
“Experience was okay. This is my second time going to this location with my silverado. First time i submitted some complaints but they had a good response time reaching out to see how they could make it better. Today i had an appointment set at 1400. I ended up leaving around 1815 after getting there at 1530. My tires call for 41psi cold and they set them at 37/38. I got an alignment and my wheel is clearly slanted to the right. My weather stripping of the driver door is peeled out at the bottom...did they SLIDE out of the truck every time they needed to get out? It was frustrating. Bathroom was in pretty gross condition. But there were positives durint my time here. Their staff are very polite at the front desks, dealing with them myself and getting to observe them for nearly two hours. They are welcoming and even when you ask dumb questions (i was guilty of that part) they answer politely. They honored one of the two coupons i showed them that i had emailed to me and offered a discount on alignment because i was waiting so long. Ultimately i ended up paying less than i planned to, that's always a plus. I ordered the tires on friday and they were installed on monday. I can get over the steering wheel not being straight but i'm irritated about the weather stripping. I have 50,000 miles think about it, but if they still have the best prices i'll more than likely come back.”
