No stars if it would allow me to post. This service has NOT worked in over a year because it goes off randomly and then I get a call from the police department. I have been waiting for the contract to expire so that I can be finished. If you owe them money you will get through with ZERO wait. If you need something from them you will wait for HOURS. I have been on hold for over an hour multiple times. The last representative hung up on me. And, you can't cancel without talking to a "CANCELLATION REPRESENTATIVE". This is worse than ridiculous. There are hundreds of better options than ADT! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TRUST OR YOUR MONEY!!!!

Had to tell the sales person to get off of my property 5 TIMES before giving up on his sales pitch AFTER I had told him kindly that I didnt want to hear his pitch, they target new homeowners for their pitches and are very pushy, would not recommend and deserves lower than a 1 star but its not possible, salesman is lucky he was unharmed

This morning I was startled by two men at my door pounding repeatedly. I was home alone with my 3 year old son waiting for my husband to get home. I could see them through my side window and with their continuously aggressive knocking I did NOT feel comfortable opening the door to greet them. They left. Then they return after my husband arrives and he answers the door only to find out they were from your company trying to get us to sign up for your services. WHAT?!? Your men had me terrified at 10:30am! How about you send a flyer? Or maybe get my phone number and spam my phone all day. I absolutely DO NOT appreciate what happened this morning and if and when I am interested in a security system it will not be ADT.

ADT tech Mitchell came out to fix problems from a recent lightning strike and had me up and running in minutes. He was so knowledgeable about the ADT ststem that he knew exactly what to look for! Great ADT employee, 6-stars for Mitchell!

Technician was very unprofessional, left the house a mess. When we told him he put the panel back up crooked, we were told it was not his fault. Would not recommend ADT now that they sub the work out to DISH contractors that have no training with the equipment.

I recently had ADT installed in my second home! I have to let anyone who is considering getting a security system that I have been completely satisfied with ADT. The young man named Donovan who installed our system was so professional and polite!My primary residence was secured by ADT since 2016, so when I decided to get a security system for our second home there was no hesitation in what system to get. ADT all the way!

Service was ok while I used it. Switched to a different provider for a lower price. The process to cancel my supscription was entirely way to hard. I was handed off to 5 different people, on the phone for over an hour fifteen, and basically had to beg the last representative to cancel my subscription. They wanted to switch me to a different system/ lower my price/ explain to me how they are the best and my family is at dire risk. So So So hard. If I don't like my new service, I will not come back to ADT because of this experience.

Scam!! Don't buy!!! I can open every window with their sensors on it!! You simple just slide open the outside windows!! The sensor only works if you open one side of the window!!! Total scam!!!

Very poor customer service. They are unwilling to service their products after installation. I have had the system for 17 years. The phone company was just at my house to fix my internet and said my equipment from ADT needs updating. ADT says if they do not agree I pay $86, and they will do nothing. I am stuck- I am going on the word of another company and ADT is not willing to do their part to solve the issue. 17 years of monthly fees and ADT is not willing to even look...very disappointed .

BEWARE! Unethical company. We are currently locked in a contract and have been paying $40 a month. Our system has not been functioning for the last four months! We called and tried to end our service, to which they said we would have to pay out the remaining YEAR of service. That weekend, our house was broken into, nothing was taken. Are they trying to scare us? Today I had an appointment for between 8 am and 12 pm for them to repair the system. At 11:15 they call to tell me that they don't have a technician today, so they would like to reschedule for four days from now. They couldn't have told me that at 8:00? Before I wasted half of my day at home? And I'm supposed to go another week with a non-functioning system that I am paying for? I don't think so.
