  Had to tell the sales person to get off of my property 5 TIMES before giving up on his sales pitch AFTER I had told him kindly that I didnt want to hear his pitch, they target new homeowners for their pitches and are very pushy, would not recommend and deserves lower than a 1 star but its not possible, salesman is lucky... read full comment

  ADT tech Mitchell came out to fix problems from a recent lightning strike and had me up and running in minutes. He was so knowledgeable about the ADT ststem that he knew exactly what to look for! Great ADT employee, 6-stars for Mitchell!

  Technician was very unprofessional, left the house a mess. When we told him he put the panel back up crooked, we were told it was not his fault. Would not recommend ADT now that they sub the work out to DISH contractors that have no training with the equipment.
