“I can't even begin to describe how awesome, pure hearted, professional, ethical etc this veterinary office is. We could never thank them enough for the EXCEPTIONAL care that our Xander received there over 13 years. They all knew him & he knew them all. Prior to his crossing the rainbow bridge the staff there all came to tell Xander goodbye, and give us hugs. There was quite a few watery eyes showing the love everyone had for our furbaby. Whenever he was ill or had been in for a appt. your calls the next day or two checking on his well being meant so much and proved even more we all weren't just customers, we were family.They made his passing and our heartbreak easier during such a devastating time in our lives. The thoughtful annual Christmas cards. The precious, thoughtful, & beautiful gift we received the day after. Which the 1st 24° after a pets passing is the hardest. Your ever so kind gesture made us smile for the only time today.
