“I love this credit union. They are very personal and very supportive of their customers. I don't know the correct term for it but the rules for use (check cashing, withdrawals, overdrafts, etc.) favor the customer and are easy and they are much easier than other banks for sure and the other CU that I have used. I don't think I will ever take my account out of this credit union.”

“I've been a member with MSGCU for over 25 years, since I was a teenager. They have always gone above and beyond. My husband and I went into the branch yesterday to handle an issue with our account. We sat down with Karen and I cannot even begin to say enough awesome things about that experience. She was calm, patient, friendly and so, so helpful. She explained things so I could easily understand and re-explained them if I needed her to. The issue took longer to resolve than we were there, but she made several phone calls to my husband and I throughout the day as she got the issue taken care of. We were really freaking out about our account and she was able to help us not only fix the issue, but also reassure us and make us feel better about the whole situation.
