Horrible pharmacy. I get an infinite automated rotation of nonsense, then when I finally reach an actual person, they verbally shrug their shoulders and act like I'm the problem. I've been waiting two weeks for anti-seizure medication. Apparently they can't get it, and don't have the decency to tell me why. This place is trash. Especially that lady in the ninja costume. Zero out of five stars.

Lady wasnt rude per se but told me that the bathroom was closed and I told her it was emergency and she didn't care. So I just had to pee behind the store like a homeless person to avoid wetting myself.

This Walgreens should close. To run in and grab small things may be ok. The Pharmacy on the other hand is Awful. The Pharmacist AL is always rude very nasty attitude. They never answer the phone, you stay on hold until the call is released. I asked them to please transfer my prescription when the new pharmacy called, they never came back to the line. After several days and attempts, I had to get new prescriptions from the Doctor sent to the new pharmacy. I hope they get a new pharmacist or close the pharmacy.

I would absolutely give zero stars if I could. I saw the bad reviews, but tried to give the pharmacy a chance. Not once but TWICE have I had a terrible experience with the pharmacist but also with the pharmacy techs. They are rude, the customer service is the WORST I've encountered with a pharmacy, and I l've worked in healthcare for 15 years. I've never been able to treat my patients in the manner in which they speak with the customers. Please, please stay away

On March 28, 2023 My husband had a 2:15PM appointment to have a PCR test done in the drive thru pharmacy. He had to sit in his car and wait almost 45 mins before anybody would come to the window. There was nobody else in the drive thru line, by the way. The young lady was rude and lacked empathy for those coming there who maybe dealing with Covid. She kept helping other customers at the counter and basically ignored my husband. He was told that his test results would be available in 72 hours via email. It has been 6 days and there have been no results sent by mail, email or phone call. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. People are counting on reliable test results so they can get well. Somebody needs to be fired up there because the pharmacy at this location is absolutely terrible. We will never come here again.

I don't EVEN know where to begin with this location. The pharmacist has the worst attitude ever. They never answer the phones and when they do, they place you on hold... then all of a sudden the call drops. The managers attitudes are worse than its employees. I will start doing my business at the Southfield location. -0 ⭐️'s

Can't ever get the pharmacy on the phone. I spent 2 hours on hold before my call dropped. I have been out of a medication that I need to drive for over 4 days and have had no updates about them getting it in stock. I come pick up the same medication every month, it should be in stock.

As all have already stated, the pharmacy is unbelievably slow and there are lots of rude folks working here. Finally just going to switch all my family's prescriptions to another place.

This has to be the worst possible pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. They show up when they want to, they never answer the phone, they mess up refills. It is a fight with them constantly to get any prescription.

Pharmacy is not answering the phone and I have been on hold for over 30Min. It would be nice if I could inquire to see if they have walkers in stock so I can help my daughter. I should not have to drive all over town to determine. I should be able to call and inquire beforehand!

This place couldn’t be worse if they were trying. Expect to wait over an hour for prescriptions when they decide to be open. Switched to another pharmacy and I will never set foot in this POS store again.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!! I have been waiting days for scripts. I called yesterday and was on hold over 1.5 hours and when they finally answered, they put me back on hold and then hung up. The line inside is half way through the store and drive through is 6 cars. I have never had such POOR SERVICE AT ANY OTHER WALGREENS in other states. BEWARE- USE ANOTHER LOCATION!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have been trying to move my prescription there for over a month. I had finally got a space on the phone that said I was 3rd in line. This was at about 12:40. At 1:30 I was still on hold and the system told me the pharmacy had gone to lunch. It said I could hang up and call back or hold. Since I had never gotten that close to being answered before, I chose to hold on. When they came back at 2, the system said they were on other calls and it made me continue to hold. They never came back. I will be moving my prescription elsewhere!
