While the customer service was great, the prices were very unreasonable. Many items could be bought brand new at the same price point. I did find a few good pieces on sale. I'm happy with my purchases but this was not a thrift experience that would make me want to return.

This is the second Value World I have visited. I usually enjoy thrifting but this is one of those places where you need to be mentally and physically prepared to dig through everything since their stores are so packed. The prices are okay. I had a digital $5 coupon since I signed up for their texts. I put it toward a scarf for our toddler. The cashier wasn't overly friendly and didn't seem to be thrilled to be there but she did get us out expeditiously.

This location is the most expensive Value World I have shopped at and while they do have many nicer items it is still overpriced. It was also unfortunate to find out that they do not accept any returns for such pricey items even though they also don’t have any dressing rooms.

The prices are better than Goodwill. It does seem like they get donations from stores, so you can find new clothes, especially Target (at least from the brands I found). The clothing was well organized. Although when I went it seemed like records were mixed with books, or hidden maybe. They were hard to find. It felt a little dirty or dusty. A lot of the shoes look way too worn out. I would have never donated shoes in the condition they were selling them. And if they are going to choose to sell them in that condition, they should honestly be $1. I'd like to check out other value worlds, though. Never know what you will find.

This is the worse place ever. The prices are to high. The staff are rude, disrespectful, not helpful, and constantly hide in the back room so they don’t have to assist the customers. The manager on duty the day I went was arrogant and brushed me off when I asked about a priced item. I think if you’re going to have a store full of customers the store need better customer service and faster lines. I stopped shopping here months ago, and refuse to EVER go back.P. S I shop down the street now where I’m respected and treated like a shopper.

One of my favorite stores, but one thing I don't like is, when you know that you're going to have a big sale, why do they only have one cashier, and the line be so long.

I thought the items were overpriced and we didn't find what we were looking for. Staff was not friendly.

I've been shopping at this location for years now and I can say that I always find nice quality clothes and shoes here. Staff is nice, kind and friendly as well.

This store is packed with clothes and home goods. The prices are OK but are higher than some other nearby thrift shops. The service is typically very slow compared to nearby places. This is the best thrift shop for clothes nearby, but I don't come here for home goods as often because they have higher prices.

Decided to shop there on a whim. It was 50% off everything in the store. It was crazy crowed, but everyone was patience and cordial. The checkout line was long, but service was quick with four cashier's working. Got plenty of good deals like picture frames, Jean jacket, journal and more. Plenty of parking.

Came here to find a Tigers shirt before going to a game, they did not have a lot of options however I did stumble across a ton of other cool thrift finds. Wish they had more plus sized items! They also have a rewards program which is free to sign up for!

super messy, and expensive for a thrift store. clothes were all over the floor, tossed over racks, things were so mixed up the signs didn’t matter much. i also saw a pair of used shoes being sold for $28! that is insane for a thrift store.the line was also insanely long when we went, but it was most likely just because they were having a 50% sale storewide. i’ve never been here before so i can’t say if that is normal, but i probably won’t be coming again.

It's one thing to have a pair of pants that's molding priced at $60, but it's another Thing to hear a manager say That poor people don't deserve things. Is the manager here delusional?
