Very poor customer service. I was told by the clerk that I had to wait for someone else to finish using an ink pen before I was able to use one because, Ms. Myknob (the manager, older lady, dark complexion with twist) said that she was tired of giving the customers pens ?️ because they take them and the post office goes through a pack of pens a day. So I had to wait for someone else to finish filling their paperwork out before I was able to use a pen. I didn’t mention that I was there before the person who was using the pen. Oh, and the clerk had three pens sitting in front of her on her desk but refused to let me see one. You would think that the ink pens were purchased by the staff!

I wish I could give this post office a zero. The customer service here is so disrespectful and disgusting it’s unbelievable how rude and unprofessional the workers that are employed here are. I went into this post office this morning to purchase stamps 1st I wasn’t greeted which is ok people are just rude today but the smart answers and the way my change was tossed at me was very unprofessional. I will never visit this location again.

if you like showing up more than an hour before close, wait 20 minutes to be helped, then have the supervisor tell you there's no clerks & she's not authorized to mail packages, this is the place for you! avoid at all costs.

I ordered a package on Amazon that was delivered by USPS the new driver dropped my package off at a different home on different street but same address. That person isn't answering her door as I tried I to recover the package. The post office took two days to respond to my inquire about my package if they perhaps could recover it. then asked for time to investigate it which is acceptable. Mrs. Barbara said she would call me on the following Monday but she didn't so I called her tuesday. She wasn't in I was told call back in a hour. So I did and they said she's gone for the day. No one else can assist me and that's the start of poor service. I'm hoping to reach this Mrs Barbara tomorrow and find out what the investigation results were. Who is reimbursing me on my item it definitely should be USPS not Amazon or the seller. This is an update. The investigation did nothing but proof package left at wrong house. . The post office didn't reimburse me. Thankfully the company resent the item at no additional cost.

I ordered a P.O. Box online & attempted to pick it up first thing in the morning, when they opened ( 10am) & 20 min after standing in line a guy comes out & says that no one showed up for work & he couldn't help us, he redirected the other customers to other locations. This is SO unprofessional & I want my funds back and don't feel comfortable having a P.O Box at a Location who doesn't even have enough workers to show up to their shift! Do better Post Office!!!

I’ve encountered the rudest most unprofessional staff of any establishment I’ve ever been to while visiting this USPS location. This lady complained to me that she just returned from leave and didn’t get trained. She was taking a personal call while “helping” me, I use that helping word very loosely. While on her personal call she was using curse words while talking to the person on the other end. She entered the information I gave her incorrectly then rolled her eyes when I corrected her.

It was a very nice experience. Staff were polite. I was able to pick up my package quickly.

Horrible experience. Not helpful employees that were annoyed that I was there and had questions. Also charged me more for the same package (a single trading card) in a padded envelope than the same post office 3 miles away. How does that even work? Do not go

You can only get to P.O. Box when they’re open. I could’ve use my own address.

Our company had a skeleton crew on 12/31/21 and I called the PO to let them know that the mailman would have to come through a different gate. She called him while we were on the phone and he said he would meet me out front in 2 min and there he was. What a great example of customer service!

Wish I could leave a neg star review. I come here often and god it just gets worse. Went in today to deal with some stolen money orders and was told “you shouldve looked for them instead of coming in here reporting them stolen” i had the original receipt and id etc. Told the clerk I needed three of the forms to research the money orders. She refused and said I can give you one. Each money order requires a separate form. Then she got mad and said I should have the top part of the money order...maam they were stolen! Went to Farmington location got it handled in under five minutes in and out no problem. I get Detroit is Detroit but this place is terrible. If you dont want to deal with customers retire.

I have never left a review anywhere, for I find it a waste of time however, this office needs to be shut down and investigated. My mailman STOLE MY MAIL, which included important financial documents. My bank informed me my documents had been delivered but guess what, between informed delivery, my own eyes and my bank contacting me, it’s not hard to figure out who has my mail. I have already filed a complaint with the post master general, but I doubt anything is going to happen, given who is in charge of the USPS at this given time. If you want your mail, don’t move to Oak Park
