My wife and I decided we wanted to redo our bathroom. We had a vision of what we wanted it to look like and tried to piece things together at large mainstream stores. We did not do very well with this route and needed more guidance. We ended up driving about 40 minutes to Universal Plumbing and met with a man named Eric who asked us if we needed any help upon entering and of course I said no not right now and he kindly let us roam around. After 15 minutes we realized we ordered the wrong style tub from lowes thinking we knew what we were doing. Eric still willing to assist us sat us down and walked us through ALL aspects of the bathroom, design, shower heads, drains, faucets, bathtub. Thank you Eric for all of your help. Also to all other members who answered the many calls and questions we had during the stressful time of having our bathroom redone for the first time.

This place is great! I walked in with a supply line that was unlike anything I had seen, and that didn't fit any standard plumbing sizes. They took a brief look at it, and found me the exact pieces I needed in under 3 minutes. There's nothing quite like a specialty shop that is this knowledgeable and helpful.

In this day and age of lessening customer service, I was so very impressed with the help I receiced from Brian this morning.
I called about a problem with a shower handle I had purchased there. He looked up the part but suggested I call Delta first for a free replacement.
Kudos to Brian.. he could have just sold me the new part!
Kudos to Delta who replaced it at no charge!
I definitely recommend Universal Plumbing!!

I came in to find a bathroom sink entire drain assembly. Steve helped me. He matched what I had to the right parts. Steve asked me if I had the right accessories to do the install, got me what I needed and explained how to do everything. I didn’t even have to ask. I will not forget Steve and the team at Universal. I’ll keep coming back. Home Depot and Lowe’s are a complete waste of time for plumbing items imo.
