“I’ve had to call Ali multiple times to tow my modified BMW to my shop, he is literally the only person I trust with my car! He always takes care of it like it’s his own and always comes in a timely manner, he always lets me know what’s going on from the beginning sending pictures of the car getting picked up to the end of him sending pictures of it at the dropoff destination. “SO thankful I did my research and found Master Tech Collision to fix my car after an accident. At-fault driver’s insurance (Progressive) wanted me to use their in network shops but none of them seemed good so I found my own. Impeccable work. Both my passenger side doors were hit along with the mirror on my Mazda CX-30. Master Tech made my car look brand new including exact color match. They also took the time to clean the inside of my car. Just be prepared that it may take upwards of 3-4 weeks but well worth the wait for solid work done. Highly recommend”

“Even though they told me they were only going to charge me $80 to tow my vehicle and they charged me $100, and the guy said he put l new lug nuts on my tires for free even though I didn't ask for them and then they ended up charging me for that also(an extra $20 some $). And even though I know how much my part cost because I used to work for the place that supplied the part, the supplier told me how much they charge them, they charged me almost triple what they paid for the part from the supplier........My vehicle, which is 20 years old, broke down. I told him I was kind of in a hurry I needed to get my work truck fixed so I can get back to work , they came and picked it up with a tow truck, they happily fixed it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was very nice and very professional.--even though they gouged me for like 200 extra dollars I still would recommend them”
“I took my vehicle there to get service on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. my vehicle will not start I had a mechanic look at it who couldn't get it started and several AAA staff as well. By 12:00 p.m. I received a phone call that my vehicle was ready. I was completely shy because numerous people couldn't figure out the issue but they did. It was the longest two weeks that I felt like was an eternity without my vehicle. Thank you so much for the fast reliable and great service. “I just picked up my car due to it making a whining noise on the driver side as well as the brakes were giving an air sound. The shop checked it out and noticed that a rock was lodge around the brakes / rotor area. Used an air compressor to blow and clean out which appears to have done the job. The brakes were ok.
This shop was Honest about the issue and didn't attempt to charge for an unnecessary service!

“Kristi Hudson had been instrumental in procuring the correct catalytic converter for my 2004 Toyota Tundra pickup truck from the auto-parts supplier. Due to the corrosion on the defective catalytic converter, the mechanic had a difficult time of removing the bolts. Subsequently, the truck was transferred from Troy Auto Care II to Troy Auto Care on Austin Drive for additional repair work. The repair was accomplished professionally and in a timely manner. Thank-you for a job well done!”

“10 out of 3 stars waiting 3 hours for troys to pick custom harley up off davidson n Monica.. told not a priority after being told 90 minutes tops just to b told they do impound n I'm not important.. lavish said 45 min were there in 30 half the price of troys .. friendly careful with bike and even waiting after I took wrong turn no extra charge ... there who u call for help ..m troys a bunch of a holes”
