Lived there almost a year,
Move out from there around 3 month ago,
No one answered for my calls, that’s why I was supposed to go there and show that, they forgot to transfer secure deposit money in my account in first place.
That’s didn’t work out either, if all what you need is take some money from your residents, I will add new reviews every time to help others not be in same situation!!!!
Poor time management and communication.
Save money and your time,
Not recommended!

THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!! They telling you to apply saying your going to get a 200$ refund when you get denied and never paying you the money back! They will give you the run around and give you a fake corporate number . Don’t do it !!!

This is the worst place ever been waiting for my refund from them for over 3 weeks and I still have not received my money back.They are terrible unbelievable yeah I want your money on time. I want my money on time. I had no idea that I was gonna have to wait this long for my refund.

My Leasing Agent Name Was Carmen. She was Very Professional, Helpful and Well Spoken. The Application for The Apartment was very easy to fill out and Complete and I Loved The Apartments I was Able To View.

This place is a complete disaster. Maintenance requests go unanswered for months and are then closed without being addressed simply because they’re deemed “old.” I’ve had to fight tooth and nail with leadership just to get basic issues resolved. We’ve had several management companies take over this property, and the current leadership is entirely unresponsive to emails, phone calls, or any attempts at communication. The office seems more focused on signing new leases than on taking care of current tenants.
Despite multiple attempts to contact both the Community Manager (Landon) and the Regional Manager (Marykay) , we’ve received no response. Our building is plagued with mold that remains unresolved, and a leaking pipe that’s been dripping since LAST JUNE continues to damage our stored items. Trash removal is infrequent, leaving garbage strewn across the complex. If you care about your health and safety, avoid this place at all costs.

I really liked the area it’s in and the unit I saw, I stepped in and instantly felt like it was the one for me. The lady who took me to see the unit was also really nice

Carmen was a wonderful lady she is one of the best leasing agents. She actually take the time out and make sure stuff is right. I’m very picky and she worked with me and I can very difficult at times. She put her work in getting me the apartment I wanted and I love her for that. The loop has some really good upgrades. Very clean. New management. Go see CARMEN ‼️‼️

Went to tour the Jefferson unit with “Jay”. And it was a pleasant experience. Great customer service. Great at explaining everything to me and showing me and my family the beautiful home. Can’t wait to move in! Thank you Jamila!

The gym is a joke, someone or a group of people destroyed it. It’s no way that it should be included in the rent. People don’t know how to throw trash away properly. And the rent is never the same price every month. But it’s a place to live,

So. I will possibly update my review this week .
Firstly , Carmen is absolutely AMAZING please allow her to assist you in getting into your apartment. I applied on Tuesday and was moved in on Saturday . Everything was straightforward and she placed me into an apartment that met my expectations. Now the other half of this has nothing to do on her behalf i presume .
I would advise anyone to not move in on a weekend because if you have issues , things won’t be done . Secondly , a lot of issues in my apartment that i wanted to wait to write this review but my review is honest . My kitchen for starters , i have a brand new stainless steel stove . My oven and my stove do not work . Haven’t been able to cook or heat up food. The stove placement is completely incorrect and exposed . I was told the guy on my unit was off today and someone else would be called to fix it ( no guarantees ) One of the my doors to enter into my apartment is loose to where you need to hold the door in order to lock it ( this is a safety hazard for a woman living alone ). My kitchen sink faucet leaks when you turn the water on . The dishwasher is not completely set in place and moves when you open it . My cabinet by the dishwasher is not correctly built in as well . The bathroom they give us a mold and mildew addendum to sign and stating to use to air vent for condensation. Well i have vent but no switch to turn it on ? The walls are also thin . These are just the major things . I should have checked this unit before moving in because maybe it was a bit of a rush ? But my stove not working is unacceptable. Other than these issues and my others because i did an inspection on the app. I love this apartment is very spacious .

This is my first home first apartment ever! First time leasing and I will say. Carmen helped me fully!! In such a respectful and kind a patient way even through all my phone calls asking how I do this and that, Nice community too, peaceful, nice park, nice pool, 10/10 for sure on my list!!

Worst place ever been a different Management group in the past 3 years the harassment the letters on the doors I've been here six years never had a complaint never all in this constantly things on my door the amount of lies that they will put on you is ridiculous they don't know what's going on they don't answer the phone they don't contact you

I stayed there for four years each year my key disappeared from the office. Maintenance entered the apartment without notice whenever they felt like it. I no longer felt safe as a single woman with a child.
